About that second link, guess what? The scum-bag is a fucking multiple repeat offender. He should have never been released. That's how fucked up our sentencing guidelines are and a child is dead because of it. So, I'm begging you politicians and prosecutors to get your shit together and fix the fucking broken sentencing guidelines.

Because of those 19 shot with 3 deaths, three of the shootings happened early this morning with multiple victims. So please, get your shit together and fix the sentencing guidelines.
