Looking at the first link all I could think about were these targeted, or random? They were all teens. I'm leaning towards a social media beef for motive. It's hard to imagine this is drug turf related, because weed is legal in this state. I say that because it's rare to see a teen strung out on hard drugs, and when you do, who in the fuck can they harm? It's also easy to lure a teen outside. All you have to do is state you'll beat his ass when you see him on the streets. They will respond, meet me here bitch!
