Ain't this some shit? The first link is a classic example of the revolving door criminal justice system I keep bitching about. Here's the kicker. God knows how long this sick fuck was doing shit of this nature or worse, before he got caught. He is a threat to kids in the community but, they (judge and prosecutors) agreed to a slap on the wrist sentence and out on the streets he prowls. Note to all voters. Demand your politicians or whomever runs for office, promise you that murders will do a mandatory life sentence, and sexual deviants don't get better meals than our service members while incarcerated.
