Well, so much for "flooding the hot spots." 67 shot with 13 dead including a child. Under the cover of illegal fireworks these assholes pulled off two separate mass shootings. This is just unreal and must stop. This is pure evil. In the meantime, our politicians, prosecutors, and religious leaders continue failing us sane civilians by their inaction.
