So much for "Operation Legend." 22 shot and 2 dead Monday, and 11 shot and 2 dead yesterday. God only knows what today will bring. In the meantime, there's still no calls for legislation designating these monsters as domestic terrorist. I mean, it's the most logical solution because these monsters are wrecking havoc and fear in these affected neighborhoods. You already call them gang members so, up the ante and designate them as domestic terrorist. Hell! They "fit the description."
