The second link is kind of a Uh Duh! moment. These assholes have been on a rampage unchecked. The refusal of putting cameras up throughout the city is one part of the problem. These assholes are straight up cowards. They know if they are caught on camera, they will not pull that trigger. What's the hold-up on the cameras politicians? Another problem is the revolving door sentencing guidelines. Anyone that has the capacity of reading knows the shit needs fixing. What's the hold-up politicians? You have a documented gang members list. Why are these assholes not under surveillance? Can any of you politicians answer those questions?
