That "flooding the hot spots" doesn't work. I wonder what the new plan will look like? I get it. The cops don't want to get shot by these soulless ghouls, and neither do we. The terrorist don't give a shit if you are a cop or civilian. So once again, I'm advocating for more cameras with gunshot detectors up and down every street and alley. That's one deterrent we should employ. Once these terrorist know the chance of getting caught increases, they are less likely going to pull that trigger. The second thing our lawmakers must do, is designate them as domestic terrorist. That second option would enable the criminal justice system an option for life in prison sentences. Come on lawmakers, let's make it happen.
