Yeah, that happened. In the meantime there's still no push for legislation designating these assholes as domestic terrorist. They are not being tried when caught under the new repeat offender law. They are not being slapped with an additional premeditation charge, when we all know these are planned not random shootings. So what's the hold up politicians and prosecutors? We all know these are rival gang members carrying out these terrorist attacks over drugs. We all know the weapons used are illegally obtained. Why does the straw buyer get off so easy? If they don't file a stolen gun police report why can't they be included when you hand down the indictments? Can you at the very least answer that?
