Why am I not surprised? These are evil people we are dealing with. There's no other answer. All of these shootings are planned. There's nothing random about any of them. We must update are sentencing guidelines for any decline in these horrific numbers. They must all be designated as domestic terrorist. Effective legislation is needed now. What we currently have, just isn't getting the job done.
