There's supposed to be a city-wide curfew in effect, but this shit still happens. In the meantime, there's still no legislation designating these punks as domestic terrorist or organized crime members. There's no life sentence handed down when they are tried and convicted. They committed premeditated murder yet still walk our streets after serving only a fraction of any given sentence. What in the fuck is up with that? They have a new repeat offender law on the books. As of right now, I haven't heard or seen anyone convicted under it. What are you doing prosecutors? You and I both know these are targeted killings. You use the clean language of "gang rivalry". But we know they are all premeditated. Every juror know this. You can make a premeditation charge stick just by saying, you targeted a rival gang member. A jury of their peers aren't that dumb.
