Maybe I should have titled this one what the fuck volume 1. Kids phoning in threats to have schools evacuated. A third person charged for pushing that young man onto the train tracks. What in the fuck can a person do with 8 scooters except sell them for scrap? I said it a thousand times. Put cameras on every street and alley. Watch crime drop.
