I think I should have led off with the fourth link. But, the first link is just as bad. When you read the description of the first and third links you'll see they were targeted shootings. That's right folks. I'm saying they knew the victims. What you seldom hear from the local media and police is when a retaliatory shooting takes place. If, and when there are survivors that refuse to give a statement means only one thing. They knew who took the shot. Keep that in mind if another shooting happens in or around the same area.
