In all honesty I feel bad for that kid. Just looking at the dilapidation of that building should have been a massive do not enter warning. Also, why wasn't the fucking thing torn down? Why let it sit like that for years? Lastly, did you know New York has foot patrols and Chicago doesn't? One mayor many moons ago said they would make it happen. When I lived in the city the closest they got was cops riding on bikes. Oh well.
