They should have saw this coming.
It's the old shell game the school board plays every year. And here's the really sad part, not one of the folks responsible will see a day in jail. The union is playing nice. They flat out stole that money.
I've written awhile back how this school board consistently waste taxpayer dollars. They purchase furniture, supplies, condiments, and let them sit in warehouses waiting to be destroyed. And not one of them will see a day in jail. They should have saw this coming.
