Chicago teacher among 3 dead, 10 wounded in Thursday shootings - Chicago Sun-Times
It's Friday. These clowns are going to hit a record number of wounded for a week if nobody stops them.
Yet, our number crunchers will quickly point out, "crime is down overall". It makes one scratch their collective heads when you read 10 today, 11 yesterday, and so on, not including the dead. The only political ads for governor from both parties don't mention the violence. That right there speaks volumes and informs us, they are both afraid of the NRA, and it's blood-thirsty sidekick the Illinois rifle association. Think about that.
Not a peep from both senators, state assembly, congressional members, aldermen, and mayors. The only one talking is the top cop when cornered. The church leaders parade their flocks during the day, but not at night. So the looming questions lingers. What will it take? The solutions are out there, and on the table. The numbers don't lie. It's increasing, and nobody's stopping them.
