One would think handing a job out such as this would require a person with a background in criminal justice? So please inform me Mr. Mayor, how does a person with a degree in English, and literature become an expert on crime? Is this unqualified hire just throwing books at the problem?
Look Mr. Mayor, I have a lowly associates degree in criminal justice, and can handle such a position for half of what your wasting on this unqualified tool. What made you even consider this person? Did you even bother consulting the top police chief, or sheriff? Well, maybe not but damn!
