I'm fully aware the police can't go ape shit and beat the living hell out of these slugs. It would violate their constitutional rights. How about this? If you are a "Known Gang Member", you will officially be deemed a "Terrorist", and forfeit your constitutional rights. Sounds like a plan? Hell, I'd bet the American Civil Liberties Union would even agree with such a move.
Hell China just shoots any motherfucker that breaks the law, and gets convicted. And the ultimate slap in the face, they make the family buy the bullets. Let's be honest for a second. There is no hope for these terrorist. They can't be "rehabilitated", unless law enforcement, and our judicial system demonstrates they mean business. They will continue killing, and terrorizing communities unless we finally declare war on these butt-heads.
