Not one for raining on parades, but this is a "known gang member" and all they could do is serve out a "30 day sentence"? What happened to that Illinois version of the RICO Act?
I'm sorry, but you have to up the ante with sentencing these idiots. You make us pay extra taxes soon, when we want to purchase a gun, or rifle, yet these pukes don't even observe the law. In all honesty, this shit isn't even newsworthy unless you are dishing out life in prison terms. How about working on that Illinois version of the RICO Act?
