Here's my question for law enforcement. If they are "documented gang members", why don't you have 24/7 surveillance on them? One would think this would help in a drop with shootings.
You cannot have a list of documented gang members and never follow up on it. That is the utmost in stupidity. Who the fuck runs that list? Hire people that will serve and protect.
