Let me see if I got this right. This dick-head argues with his "brother" pulls a gun on him, yet "puts it down when police arrive" and is still shot? Okay. How about finding out how this dick-head got his hands on the gun and going after the fucker that provided it also?
The only way in getting these guns out of these dick-heads hands, is going after the straw buyer, and those filing false police reports when a gun is reportedly stolen.
Here comes a rant. One disturbed kid has a bat, and two people wind up dead. This dick-head has a gun (more than likely illegally obtained) and survives. How did he get his hands on a gun?
