Oh, a "documented gang member". No wonder our politicians don't give a fuck. When your elected leaders institute policies that deny equal opportunities', you get "documented gang members".
Close schools, check. Move from manufacturing to consumer industry, check. Deny minimum wage and COLA increase, check. Bust up unions, check. Give people and companies that don't need tax cuts, check. Increase taxes on the poor, shrinking middle class, the elderly, and working poor, check. Declare a costly war on drugs and mass incarcerate minorities, check.
