One killed, nine injured in shootings Tuesday - Chicago Sun-Times
Is it just me, or do you notice the bulk of these "victims" just "happen to be standing on corners"? They are standing there so they can sell drugs. They can't go anywhere else. If they do, their boss will punish them.
Their boss might as well paint bulls-eyes on them. When they see the police, they will slip near a bus stop, or quickly disperse towards an alley. But when a rival is near, they are to stupid to realize it. They just think it's another customer. The next thing you know, they are shot just "standing on a corner".
