Bond denied for man charged in fatal shooting of CPS teacher - Chicago Sun-Times
The prosecutor of this case should be FIRED!
" In 2011, Hodrick was charged with possession of a firearm and not having
a Firearms Owner ID card. The gun charge was dropped. He pleaded guilty
to the FOID charge and was sentenced two years of probation, which he
completed on March 4, according to court records."
He had, and was caught with a gun he should have never had, a felony by the way. But the prosecutor thought it was a good idea, and let this pile of garbage back on the streets. Now, another person is dead. This is what pisses me off about our criminal justice system, and sentencing guidelines. If the pile of garbage had a bag of weed, he'd be in jail for years. Yet, an illegally obtained firearm, he walks.
THE PROSECUTOR OF THIS CASE SHOULD BE FIRED! Do you hear me State, and County Attorney's Office?
