Once again, no surprise the individual is a "documented gang member".
In a previous post, I mentioned they should just put a bulls-eye on their backs because they truly can't go anywhere. The police know them, and ironically enough, so do the rival gangs. So what do you do? Let them continue killing each other until one day they have an epiphany and finally say this shit isn't worth dying for? And on the other hand, they are basically fucked. They have zero job prospects because of felony convictions, and no diploma. The deck is stacked against them. Some of them could care less, and will continue their murderous ways.
So what do you do, when you are a "documented gang member"? It's really simple. Repair your life, and those around you. Turn in your illegally obtained guns, flush the dope, and get back in school.
