You know it's really bad when you can't do the simplest of things. I share the same feelings as the resident put it simply. "They don't care."
That simple statement loudly rings true. The police, legislators, prosecutors, and terrorist don't care. No jobs, and education always equals more crime. We get it. Yet others, just don't care.
