They (Gang Members), can't go anywhere. They might as well paint a bulls-eye on their backs. They don't have the mental capacity for deciding their own fate, which by the way is simple, live or die. They will never know the sights and sounds of living through decades.
So go ahead, and read the article and for once, think of living through decades with all the sights and sounds, like the rest of us sane people.
