Once again, I take it that computer software didn't see that coming? Meanwhile, that sentencing guideline reform package is still languishing, and gathering dust in our state capitol.

Just from reading the article, anyone with a brain knows all these are retaliatory shootings. The reason? They can run the gamut from bad drug deals, or some poor sap felt they were disrespected. From such a viewpoint, that's a very low bar. But hey, these clowns with their illegally obtained weapons don't care.

So what's to be done? The answer is simple legislation. But we have a problem with such a solution. We elect from time to time, idiots, or paid off goons for the NRA. I'm sure you hear the fake arguments from, "enforce the laws on the books.", to "we don't need anymore regulations." So riddle me this? How can we "enforce the laws on the books", when you block every attempt it's tried? What is so wrong with law enforcement "Sharing Information"? You can't use the privacy excuse. You already gave that information up when you applied for a weapon. Do you get your sick kick from the next school shooting, or another mentally unstable person blasting away at your workplace? Sadly, we know it will happen, we just don't know when.

Blow the dust of that sentencing guideline reform package, pass universal background checks, tax the wealthy their fair share, and put that money in mental health funding.
