How odd. I recall reading on the back of a lottery ticket that proceeds go to the Illinois General Education Fund. I wonder what happened to that money? It sure didn't make it to those closed down schools.
So, if he gets the money, will more public schools be closed down? Or, will more private schools, and politicians just pocket it? Where oh where did that money from the Illinois General Education Fund go?
