Well, you knew it was coming.  Call it what you will, but just checking out one of the firms doing this, one could say, "The rents just too damn high". People lost their homes because of the shady financing terms. Sure these firms are "Leasing" these properties. But the fine print clearly states: "Pricing subject to change."

Scenario time. super storm hits, your flooded, repairs are needed. They pay for it, and so will you. Rowdy kids making paths of destruction, i.e. lawn damage, holes in walls. They pay for it, and so will you. Worst case scenario. Your local, county, and state government gets involved via decrying these homes don't take into consideration "Affordable Housing Laws or Guidelines".

Yep, pricing subject to really change now. End communication.
