How about that last link? Here's a thought. It's being smuggled in, so that means someone is getting paid off big time. So the question is, who's looking the other way? Is it customs agents? Things being the way they are, this really isn't breaking news. This fucked up dope has been spilling into this country for decades with minuscule results of major busts.
