Bad parenting 101. What's a fourteen year old doing outside just before midnight? Nothing good as anyone can imagine. Now, the parent/s must deal with medical bills and mental health issues. This shooting will do one of two things for this kid. Wake him up, or harden his heart. The latter will never be good for anyone. And by the way parents, unless you both work during daylight hours, your kids don't need keys. Lock them in the house/apartment during curfew.
