With all that mayhem yesterday, the police chief has some explaining with this overtime fiasco. I could understand it if it went towards the forensic division with a back-log from all these daily shootings processing evidence. But, if it's just cops not clocking out, we have a serious problem with all the not cleared cases. Anyway, there's still nothing being done about the senseless shootings. No press conference. No mass protest. Just nothing but silence. Are you still wondering why?
