Now that second link has a very damn good question presented by the mayor. (Paraphrasing here) Who gives a fucking 13 year old a gun? When we find out, that asshole must be held accountable. In the meantime, 4 more people were shot yesterday. With the gunshot detectors not being deployed where they are really needed along with cameras, and parents, relatives, neighbors and friends not turning these shitheads in, this shit will continue happening across the city.
