The second link is your update. Now allow myself a bit of cynicism for a moment. Where's the big march where all these shootings took place? Why haven't anyone been turned in yet? It's no secret people in these areas don't trust the police. Why would they turn in one of these punks when the cop will put that person face to face with the shooter? Here's another one. You can add all the cops you want but, if they ain't walking and talking in these neighborhoods it's an exercise in futility. Yeah mayor, remember that campaign promise of cops walking a beat? Anyone seen any?
