On the first link I'm going there. For "57" years the Chicago Police Department has been wasting taxpayer money doing this event when it can be done at each respective precinct. If you want to honor these officers do it there and not at taxpayer expense at some hotel. You have no one too blame but your own ass for inviting this stupid vandalism. Hell! I'm surprised this hasn't happened often. You take officers off the streets for something that shouldn't take 10 minutes at their respective precincts and waste an entire day. Now we the taxpayer lose more money fixing these vehicles that should have been at their base. Hey mayor, what the fuck? You bitch about saving money? Do this at each district instead of hotels pulling officers off the streets. Meanwhile, look at the second link while the vandalism happened.  Yeah! "1 dead and 4 wounded".
