This explains the indifference from politicians, the clergy, and the local media at what is happening in Black and Brown communities across the nation. These neighborhoods are under siege by people that should be on a "Domestic Terrorist Watch List". Do that and watch the roaches scatter.

There's no other explanation for it. They (Police across the country), have a "known gang member list", why not up the stakes and place them on the list they truly belong. Terrorism is defined as such: "the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion." https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/terrorism . We've been down this road before and only make matters worse before making them better. Somewhere, some state should implement universal background checks, the total ban of assault style weapons, shutting down internet sales of firearms, legalization of marijuana and expanding mental health services. Imagine the decent paying jobs created?

If you are not going to do this, simply put them on a "Domestic Terrorist Watch List" and watch the roaches scatter.
