Meanwhile, our local politicians and clergy except one, continue ignoring the carnage. Are you still wondering why? Well, you shouldn't.
Do you see massive marijuana fields growing in the city? Do you see poppy fields growing in the city? No, you don't. That shit is transported into the city. Where's the checkpoints? Why doesn't the media ask the politicians and police those questions? If, as the media claims this violence stems from turf wars via rival gangs, why do they have such ease obtaining guns and drugs?
If our politicians, clergy, and police are serious about this carnage, taking concrete actions will slow it down. Doing nothing but ignoring it, doesn't help.
