Our state legislators across the country should seriously reconsider these open/concealed carry laws. More criminals, especially repeat offenders have access to guns. These elected douche-bags are not addressing this problem. When any person can drive into another state with weaker gun laws and buy as many weapons as they choose, that person has a mental defect. This must stop.

The Second Amendment does not specifically state all Americans have the right to keep and bear arms. It does say however, "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

See the difference? Our current Supreme Court fucked that interpretation up. Our Congress fucked up the safety and security of citizens when they forbade us from suing gun makers. This must stop.
