3 Killed, 12 Wounded In Weekend Shootings:
The criminologist use this data for predicting when the next shooting may happen with an alarming success rate. In layman's terms, they just basically look at the frequency they occur in specific neighborhoods. Just track what street, or block the shootings take place. We already know it's between rival gangs and random dumb-fucks. The police use this data and claim they go out and warn potential victims, meaning rival gang members. Apparently, that ain't working out so well. If you have this data, why are you not placing them under surveillance?
Oh well, I'm making sense again. Meanwhile, our local politicians and clergy except one, clearly don't give a fuck because they are not calling/demanding for more surveillance.
