That's just a damn shame.
What's even worse, the arrest rate is down because police can no longer lie about shooting unarmed people. Next year they all must wear body cameras when they interact with civilians. So when a person questions their motives for stops vehicular or pedestrian, they just can't fly off the handle and illegally arrest, or shoot that person. Which by the way, is common in the Black and Brown neighborhoods.
Cops get angry when a person of color knows their rights and question them, or choose the right to remain silent. Such situations are also common these neighborhoods and lead to the bogus and false disorderly conduct arrest. In the meantime, politicians and clergy except one, continue ignoring the carnage happening on the streets, and the bogus disorderly conduct arrest in Black and Brown neighborhoods.
