Any judge with a brain will dismiss this frivolous lawsuit. This action is a new low for racist and uncaring cops I've ever seen in my entire life. I also have no doubt the police union put this asshole idea on the table, and suggested this puke of an officer throw it on the wall and see if it sticks.
