6 Dead, 23 Wounded In Weekend Shootings Across Chicago

Ya Think? I'm still under the impression city official's are hoping these mentally unstable pricks just kill each other off. I'm also under the impression, I'm not the only one. Just look round your neighborhood, no matter the city you live in.

Police are just reacting when these shootings happen. They (Police) like myself, see these douche-bags on the streets everyday. They have a list of documented gang members, which includes photos. So what are the police doing when they react? My guess, just cross another off the list. The police do surveillance. So they know where these dummies hang out, do drug deals, and just plain loiter.

Now here's the rub. There's a law on the books about not associating with "Known Criminal Offenders" as a condition of probation and parole. So why are documented gang members associating? Are they not "Known Criminal Offenders"? Just look around your neighborhood, no matter the city you live in.
