One would think martial law would be an option for this city, yet since it's just Blacks and Browns killing one another the city and state don't give a shit. In Ferguson you can't even walk down the street minding your own business, and police will gun you down. Here in Chicago, they just let them do as they please and justify it by calling them documented gang members. That's code for who gives a shit.
