Our sentencing guidelines are beyond fucked up. I just read a story in this publication where much to my astonishment, a judge, and prosecutors agreed in allowing a fuck-nuts that committed two felonies and was "on probation" back out on the streets. How in the hell do you fix the gun problem when this kind of shit happens?
No wonder the top cop is pissed. The sentencing guidelines are fucked up and need fixing, yet our legislators continue doing nothing. It's just a revolving door. Cop a plea, and back on the streets again.
