Amazing what dumb people will do. A simple shoplifting charge, turns into attempted murder. Let's see if they get a slap on the wrist. My guess, they may end up with more prison time then an ex convict with an illegally obtained gun.
That is how fucked up our sentencing guidelines are. Yet, to this very day our legislators continue not addressing the issue.
