The killer is a heartless, soulless ghoul and does not deserve the gift of life God gave us all. We all know this pussy will not turn himself in, yet in the event he does, it would best serve the city and state this ghoul does not see society ever again.
We do not have the death penalty in this state. Tragic events like this, must become the exception. There must be something wrong with any person that gets a kick out of shooting a defenseless child multiple times. The good book informs us all to forgive. It also informs us that "an eye for an eye" in certain cases is also an exception. This heartless, soulless, pussy deserves never being apart of society ever again.
