Look at the charges. Does anyone want to bet this jack-ass is out on the streets soon? Look at the charges.
He had no card for owning a gun, but the story states "No FOID card for possessing ammunition". WTF? First off. You need the card to buy a gun, the ammo would be second. And why "Two Misdemeanor counts", and only "One Felony count"?
There you have it folks, the sentencing laws are beyond fucked up. All the charges should be felonies, with maximum sentences, no excuses. Look at the charges.
