Talk about ultimate parenting failures, this is a big one. Please, please inform me how this kid got access to a gun? It is time for sentencing guideline reform. The parents must pay a price.
Oh wait. This doesn't involve politicians, bankers, and the so fucking wealthy. I forgot, their kids are just perfect. NOT! It must be a Black or Brown thing so just charge the kid as an adult, and let the parents keep fucking up. Makes a person wonder what the so called Pro Life dicks would say if they knew monsters were being bred? Oh wait. I forgot. They don't breed monsters. Just racist that like shooting mass amounts of innocent people, and stealing land.
