Sounds like a case of entrapment from my point of view. It's possible they can't afford a good lawyer, but had it been me, contacting legal assistance would be a good starting point. Just look how it played out with the sent e-mail request. Why ask him, when there was, or still is, "two websites" that sell the plant? Why is there no mention of arrest made from the owners of those sites? Are they still up and running? And why?
