Okay Mayor, if you are looking at wasteful spending, look no further.
This alderman is a drain on the taxpayers, and has no legitimate claim for this outrageous expense/burden on us taxpayers. Before you lay off one more worker, get this issue dealt with. You took the credit cards away, so why not this? Alderman Burke cannot justify this.
Give us our officers back, and use that money for what it's for. Fighting crime.
